Social Medial Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across major social media platforms
  • Plan content calendars, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Design social media graphics, promotional materials, and marketing emails 
  • Create and edit photo and video content, including Instagram Reels and TikToks
  • Manage and update the Daisy Shoppe website, online products, collections, and inventory
  • Write engaging social media captions, promotional copy, and email content
  • Monitor trends, engagement, and digital marketing performance
  • Maintain consistent Daisy Shoppe branding across all online platforms

Qualifications

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and major social media platforms
  • Experience with Shopify, e-commerce website management, and online inventory
  • Strong graphic design, content creation, and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong planning and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and plan marketing campaigns in advance
  • Knowledge of fashion, retail, social media trends, and digital marketing is a plus
  • Compensation: Based on experience

Sewing Technician 

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic alterations, repairs, and hemming
  • Assist with quality control and garment finishing
  • Operate standard sewing machines
  • Help organize fabrics, trims, and sewing materials

Qualifications

  • Experience sewing garments and working with apparel con00struction
  • Knowledge of fabrics, fit, and garment finishing techniques
  • Ability to operate sewing equipment confidently
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Fashion retail or boutique experience is a plus

Keyholder 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, personalized customer service and styling advice.
  • Open and close the store, following all security procedures.
  • Assist in training and supporting sales associates.
  • Operate the register, process transactions, and handle exchanges.
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure visual merchandising standards.
  • Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ retail or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for fashion and boutique customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
