Return Policy
All Daisy Shoppe merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you.
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
All returned items must include a sales receipt and the original tags must still be attached to the item to be returned for a refund.
Sale Items
Please select your sale items carefully. Sale items are not returnable.
Refund process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

3. Merchandise can also be returned at any Daisy Shoppe store location with the original packing list. Please bring return items in original product packaging to help expedite the return or exchange process. See Store Locations for the store(s) nearest you. Our stores carry many more items than we offer online, so we cannot accept these returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the store where you purchased them, or to the store closest to your home. If this is not convenient, please mail your return, via certified mail, to the store closest to you. For the mailing address of your nearest store, see Store Locations.
