We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock
items shipping within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays
or holidays).
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same
day. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock; you will be alerted
to any shipping delay via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. You will
also be notified within 24 hours, of any other delays beyond 10 days after
placing your order.

Return Policy
All Daisy Shoppe merchandise is
unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase
for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you.
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
All returned items must include a sales receipt and the original tags
must still be attached to the item to be returned for a refund.
Sale Items
Please select your sale items carefully. Sale items are not returnable.
Refund process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If
you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the
amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will
post to your account approximately two days after the date of
processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to
appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Our stores carry many more items than we offer online, so we cannot
accept these returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the
store where you purchased them, or to the store closest to your home.
If this is not convenient, please mail your return, via certified mail,
